Godspeed... What does it usually mean when people say "Godspeed"? Do they mean to wish a joyous and prosperous journey? Do they just mean to wish us well with a difficult task we might be facing? Either way... where do you think the term comes from? 

Emotions. They're like the colors of the rainbow, right? Ranging from every possible point of the spectrum to another... with all kinds of little blended mixtures in between...

They say giving is better than receiving, but any human knows how good it feels to get something, right? I mean, who doesn't like gifts or presents or surprises?! 

When all hope seems void and the light at the end of the tunnel seems dim, what can we do? 

Have you ever seen the movie Twister? You know... the one where the people are storm chasers and they go around searching for tornadoes to follow....

In the last post, we opened up the discussion about strange things and how they appear so randomly in our lives without any sign of warning as if out of thin air. We talked about what causes these strange things and about one of the forces behind them: the enemy. (what a loser 😒)

Strange things. No, I'm not talking about dystopian werewolves or superheroes with double lives and secret powers... I'm certainly not talking about the American web series featuring a litany of science fiction and supernatural splendor.

Many times we hear of people saying things like "the Lord spoke to me..." or "God told me to..."

I don't have a whole lot to say about the concept of being chosen... And I'm not talking about "chosen" as in being picked for a partner in a project or chosen for a team sport... I mean Chosen by God. His elect few that He called before the beginning of time to serve and be faithful to Him forever.
